Free tracked Royal Mail delivery on orders over £50. Standard delivery is £4.50 and takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout for £7.95.
We ship worldwide. International tracked delivery starts at £12.00 and typically takes 7–14 working days depending on destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We want you to love your piece. If you are not completely happy, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
Custom and engraved pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, email support@yomonara.co.uk with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label for UK orders.
Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days and we will arrange an exchange free of charge (UK only). International exchanges are subject to return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.
